For a tenth consecutive year the magazine Diavazo will award the 2007 Literature Prize at a special event. Guests at the awards will include people from the world of writing and the arts, as well as representatives from bodies and organisations active in the country’s intellectual and political life.
Prizes will be awarded in the following categories: Poetry, Essay, Short Story, Novel, First Publication by a New Author (dedicated to the memory of Heracles Papalexis), Illustrated children's novel and Children's Novel for older children.
The ceremony will be presented by journalist Stavros Theodorakis.
