The Association Internationale des Critiques d’ Art-Hellenic Section (AICA-HELLAS) is instituting a Prize and distinctions awarded to Greek artists, on the basis of the contribution of their work at the vanguard of artistic production over the previous two years, through a solo or retrospective exhibition of their work in Greek or overseas.
This Prize is being inaugurated in 2007 and will be awarded every two years.
The artists nominated for the 2007 Prize are: Dimitris Andreadakis; Ianna Andreadi; Sotos Alexiou; Lydia Venieri; Takis Zerdevas; Haris Kontosfyris; Yiannis Kounellis; Vasso Kyriaki; Yiorgos Lappas; Panagiotis Loukas; Mihalis Manoussakis; De Anna Maganias; Nikos Navridis; Fotini Othonaiou; Stavros Panayiotakis; Leda Papakonstantinou; Rena Papaspyrou; Antonia Papatzanaki; Nikos Haralambidis and George Hadjimichalis.
