Vassilis Dimitriou, a major contemporary Greek composer, known to the general public through the wonderful music he has composed for much-discussed television serials, including “Hair Dyed Red”, “Wedding Gown Rehearsal”, “Love was a day late” and “The great anger”, will present a unique performance based on music, song and poetry.
Magda Pensou and Kostas Thomaïdis (voice) will interpret selected songs in a unique manner along with a three-member string ensemble, with the composer at the piano, and will recite selected poems by Greek poets, creating a unique programme; where the idyllic music of Vassilis Dimitriou is pleasantly linked to poetry in order to create a programme meant to entertain, with some of his Dimitriou’s best-known songs, which became major successes when sung by Stratos  Dionysiou, Yiorgos Dalaras, Marinella, Dimitra Galani, Eleni  Vitali, Anastasia Moutsatsou.
The musicians playing will be:

Leonidas Tsakiris – clarinet / saxophone.
