An event on the occasion of the publication of the book “Psifides Istorias kai Politikis tou 20ou aiona” (Fragments of 20th Century History and Politics) by Filippos Eliou, published by Polis Publications. This volume, which brings together historical essays as well as interventions on crucial issues of the last twenty years, will be presented by the book’s editors Anna Matthaiou, Stratis Bournazos and Poppy Polemi.
A series of talks will follow on the topic of “Fragments of Balkan History: ideological treatments and obsessions”, by Sia Anagnostopoulou, Spyros Karavas, Angeliki Konstantakopoulou, Andreas Lymberatos and Paraskevas Matalas, coordinated by Spyros Asdrachas.
At the event Angelos Delivorrias, Annie Ragia and Vassilis Panayiotopoulos will greet the first publication of the periodical “Historica”, published jointly by Melissa Publishing House and the Benaki Museum.
