The Emory Wind Ensemble is one of the musical ensembles of Emory University, Atlanta, and is considered one of the best of its kind in the United States of America. It focuses on the study and interpretation of wind orchestra repertory, participates in a programme commissioning new works, invites major international artists and carries out regular tours both in the States and overseas.
The director of the ensemble, Scott Stewart heads up the Winds Department of the University and is artistic director of the Atlanta Youth Wind Symphony.
