Nella Golanta is a landscape sculptor and her works for public spaces (ART TOTAL: overall aesthetic installations) aim to re-establish relationships with the broader environment in which they are located. As the artist characteristically mentions: “The NEW LANDSCAPE – WORK OF ART incorporates in its design the way visitors experience it; the art isn’t isolated, instead it belongs to everyone, it no longer is guarded in museums, nor is it the property of a single individual. Living inside works of art we take advantage of the capability to make them parts of urban life.  Art is rendered complete through the upsets of contemporary life, in a subtle embrace that fills individuals making them communicants in the values of natural and historic space, without making the distinction that they live and breathe art".
