A lecture by Mme Maguelonne Dejeant Pons, the French President of the European Council for the Landscape Convention, will take place to mark the ratification of the Landscape Convention by the Greek Parliament in February 2010. 

The aim of the European Landscape Convention is to promote the protection of European landscapes, their management and design, and to organise a European collaboration on landscape issues.
