Seventeen years after his death, Bost is more relevant than ever. The symposium places his cartoonist work in historical perspective. At the same time, it explores its contemporary significance. 

Participants will also highlight the exuberant talent of an artist who expressed himself in a variety of media, from prose and dramatic writing to painting, advertising and decorative objects. 

With the participation of: Kostas Georgousopoulos (translator and literary and theater critic), Stathis Stavropoulos (cartoonist), Thanasis Papageorgiou (theater director), Yannis Kontos (poet), Manolis Savvidis (literary criticism), Tassos Sakellaropoulos (historian) and Kostas Bostantzoglou (graphic artist, son of Bost), Nikos Sarantakos (translator and writer).
