Dimitris Roumeliotis on sitar and Satnam Ghai on tablas will provide an evening of classical Indian music. 

The music will include dhuns, light musical compositions; and ragas. Raga means that which colours the mind and can expand to include something that affects the senses and the atmosphere. It is a melodic system, whose purpose is to express a particular emotional mood at specific times and seasons. 
The concert will include melodies played during the evening and at night and evening ragas, whose mood is erotic, nostalgic yet serious in nature; as well as compositions by Dimitris Roumeliotis and, of course, improvisations and rhythmic conversations between sitar and tablas.
