On the occassion of the end of the exhibition “Jamal: The Silk Road”, Benaki Museum of Islamic Art will host  the launch of the  book of the same name as well as a guided tour to the artist’s works, carried out by Mina Moraitou, the curator of the Benaki Museum Islamic Collections and by the exhibition curator, Manos Stefanidis.

The richly illustrated volume and its informative texts, introduce the reader to the “dream world” of the Silk Road as it is outlined in Jamal's the work.

The presentation will be coordinated by Eleonora Orfanidou.
