The event is under the auspices of the President of the Hellenic Republic Mr. Prokopios Pavlopoulos.
Greek and foreign scholars from the field of Modern Greek Literature and experts of Mario Vitti’s work will highlight significant aspects of his work and the importance of his manifold contribution to Modern Greek Literature.
The event will be followed by a screening of excerpts from from Kyriakos Aggelakos documentary film Mario Vitti. New Greek Scholar (2014).
