The volume is edited by Nikos Mathioudakis and co-published by the Benaki Museum and Kazantzakis Publications. It aims to become a point of reference for Kazantzakis studies by presenting the author’s career and his world through extremely rich photographic and documentary evidence (drawn from the archives of Kazantzakis Publication and the Nikos Kazantzakis Museum) and also by bringing together texts by important scholars of his life and work but also of modern Greek literature in general.
