This photographic book presents, in its entirety, the recent donation by Eleni Glavani Miller of folk jewellery from Libya. The donor’s collecting activities during the nineteen sixties went hand-in-hand with research into the jewellery of the mountain communities in Northern Africa. The conclusions were collated in a study which is included in the first part of the book. The second part contains the objects of the collection, photographs of which are shown and classified according to kind.
