Πάνος Αραβαντινός (Panos Aravantinos)

The oeuvre of Fofo Mavrikiou, historian and Benaki Museum collaborator, deals with the life and career in art of Greek photographer and set designer Panos Aravantinos (1884-1930). The information that exists about Aravantinos and his oeuvre was, to a great extent fragmentary and undocumented. This book intends to cover this vacuum, while also attempting to create, to the extent possible, a catalogue raisonné: a record and critical presentation of his creative oeuvre. The book is accompanied by a CD-ROM, with a detailed list of works.
