Aristotle Onassis. Beyond his myth

This volume presents the life of Aristotle Onassis starting with his first years in Argentina; his business activities; his social interactions; the women in his life; the yacht “Christina”; the island of Scorpios; his family and children; up to the present day, and the activities and multifaceted public benefit involvement of the "Alexander S. Onassis" Public Benefit Foundation, which Onassis endowed the portion of his estate that corresponded to the inheritance of his son Alexander. This publication accompanied the exhibition entitled “Aristotle Onassis: Beyond his myth”, which took place at the Benaki Museum (5/10/2006-12/11/2006) on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the death of Aristotle Onassis and the founding of the “Alexandros S. Onassis” Public Benefit Foundation.
