The publication, a catalog of the under the same title exhibition hosted at the Benaki Museum / Ghika Gallery (19 September - 24 November 2018), includes mainly drawings from the 1960s and 1970s, which were discovered recently in the artist's collection, as well as drawings of the following decades, as well as photo material. Chouliara's drawings, the fruit of a variety of techniques, are autonomous artistic creations rather than studies for larger projects. As the curator of the volume notes, "the thematic obsessions that penetrate Nikos Chouliaras’ painting works characterize also his drawings" to illustrate what he called "the apotheosis of the insignificant moment". The publication is completed with a catalog of works and individual painting exhibitions of Nikos Chouliaras.
